New Kitchen!!!

Arrived back from Majorca about 3pm yesterday and then worked solidly to clean and make good and redecorate my new kitchen until 11.45pm!!!. So went from being chilled and smelling of the Med to having pollyfiller stuck up my fingernails and smelling of turps! Tho only small its been tricky to fit as my house is so old that everything has to be worked around difficult beams, wonky stone floors and very warped walls! The bloke who did the templates for the granite was certainly challenged! The builders have done a fab job and I am very pleased with it. The old one was all dark brown....this is a pale duck egg blue and looks both lighter and warmer at the same time. Theres a few bits of shelving and posts and stuff still having to be made, but its done and my little house looks like a home again instead of a mixture of a fast food joint and BnQ !
