Stones & Coffee To Go
Went for a run with Lola up onto Bray Head. Prom was jammers with people watching canoe race and generally out in the good weather. A struggle to get through such a froth of humanity (and dogs) with an excitable JR on a lead. But I persevered and actually made it some distance around the Head, despite the narrow path being the busiest I have ever seen it. Hard not to trip on the stony parts, or bump into people, dogs, etc. Worth it though, and i allowed myself a more genteel stroll back, where I met TP and Lynn near the soap-slide on the hill.
Later I took Lola back onto the prom, still crowded but less so.
Later still I went to Richard's & Carla's place near McCormack's to watch the last match of the World Cup. I persuaded poor Pat to come and give me a lift, even though he'd already arrived at the party. Fiachra, Dave, TP, Pat all there. Dave and Fiachra showed the others out promos, which seemed to go down well.
I was tired though so left early.
