Mistake

Fearing that the cherry cabinets and TV Stand in our living room would not fit into our new Casita, I sold them to the house buyer for $500. We paid $1500 for them in 2005.

Now I find that they will fit in the new place. So we went shopping for replacements which will now cost about $3000.

Well, I have made bigger mistakes !!!

This reminds me of the case of Mary Beth Whitehead who signed a contract to be a surrogate mother. After birth she decided that she wanted to keep the baby so she sued for custody. Since it was an enforceable contract, the Judge said in effect that "A Deal is a Deal".

The buyer doesn't know and won't know about my mistake.
