Resolved sort of!

Finally after over a month of getting nowhere and the last two weeks going onto social networks, talky talk started talking. I spoke to folks in Bangalore, Delihi, Engerland, Ireland and finally today I get a call from one of their managing execs (talk talk speak for someone probably only marginally up the food chain) While I was talking to this "exec" I was detecting an island twang so asked where from she was, answer the Hebridean island of Lewis where apparently they have on of their basis!!! To say I was gobsmaked was putting it mildly and for once I had started off polite and remained so even lapsing into the mother tongue . I asked her even if she was Hebridean was she still speaking from Bangalor! to which she said no. However it was all too little too late and we agreed to part amicably but not before I asked her why talk talk had sent me an email telling me they had been informed someone was moving into my house and would be taking over my line!! plus I owed them a disconnection fee. I was actually on the landline giving off to some poor Indian when the "Lewis exec" phoned on my mobile & told me to cut the landline call and to ignore that email & that I would probably get a better service with my new provider!!! Pick me off the floor!
Im still stuck with with them till mid July but all that haranguing did work but it was all too late as I finally had to walk walk. Plus the Lewis exec said I was well out of my contract anyhow (I wasn't even aware we were under on in the first place as tlaktalk had taken over our previous provider Pipex who were actually ok to deal with!
