It has to be Melbourne when you walk in and see a cappuccino machine the size of the one in this great cafe!! "Pope Joan" is only two doors down from the fellow who was fitting the child restraints in the car for us today. Absolutely essential if we are to excel in the granddaughter minding department. Very conveniently situated as we were at the desperate stage after going through the rigours of purchasing the seats in the first place.

I had no idea that there was so much involved. Honestly, how would I know where their shoulder came to on the back of the seat. Anyway, John did a first class job and they worked a treat when we performed our first assignment of collecting the girls from Day Care late this afternoon.

I was so happy this morning to meet up with my younger brother Steve and sister-in-law Carol and their friends who are all over from Perth and staying in Melbourne for a short holiday. It's so sad that we live so far away from each other - Australia is such a huge continent.
