Eye of Trusty Rusty
1000 blips! It's taken more than 1000 days, a few back-blips and some months off, but it's here now. I had a hard time trying to figure out what to do for my 1000th. Consequently I didn't post yesterday, so there's another gap. I decided to go for an old standby and use my 1950 International Truck, 'Trusty Rusty'. He's been a model for me for 2 1/2 years. Always there when I need him. Hubby liked this photo the best, I liked the one at the bottom of my list. I chose Hubby's pick because it was a bit more colorful.
I love Blipfoto.com so much so that I recently purchased a lifetime membership! Now let's see how that goes.
I've learned a few things from some very talented photographers on this site. I may not have applied all I learned, but it's socked away in there somewhere for future reference. I appreciate all of you who take the time to look at my journal and comment. Thank You You're the best.
I can travel the world and not have to leave home. From Bahrain to New Zealand. South Africa to Finland. Canada to the Antarctic. And right here in the good ol' USA.
Thank you Blipcentral for this amazing site and all the work you do to keep it up and running. And thanks to cousin Sue, Journey Through Time for turning me on to this.
A few of my favorites in no particular order:
