Almost home from our 2,200 mile round trip through 13 states and we wanted to treat Dad to some Cajun cooking as we were in the state of Louisiana, Shreveport to be precise. We had the 'world famous' Shrimp Buster, which was typical of the fried breaded type of cooking down here. Good times were had by all especially after the gentleman with his back to us there spontaneously spotted us a shot of Tequila out of the blue!
