George the Bar Keeper's Friend

In St. Regis, Montana, 33 miles east of the Idaho border, there is a tourist trap type of town with motels, a couple of restaurants, and a giant gift shop. Adjoining the gift shop is a family restaurant with a bar in the back. While dining in the restaurant, you'll hear a loud whistle about once a minute. Following the sound led me to George, who is caged up in his own nook with the liquor behind the bar.
