Main Activity: Retro triathlon, bike ride, sushi buffet
Notes: Big day with lots of variety. Up 430a, Wei and I went to help the timers with a small USAT triathlon. After that, we readied and drove to the Silver Comet trail with our bikes and did a long ride. Hot and tired by then, we got cleaned up and went to the Sandy Springs area to a sushi buffet @ Nori Nori. This is the pic of one row of the rolls - was a great dinner!
