Super Lesser

I thought I would be posting a blip of last night's super moon. Only problem was that it rained here all night.
But this morning was a beautiful blue sky day, complete with a late setting super moon!
But then on our morning walk I saw my first Lesser Goldfinch of the season. I'm sure more avid birders have seen them much earlier than this, but it was an exciting moment for me.
So ultimately the Lesser trumped the Super :-)
