Sweat

Drove to Bright this morning for J's big ride tomorrow. Body clock mucked about by the early start. Had to have an afternoon nap on arrival - a sweaty affair directly under the skylight upstairs in the heat. Much more pleasant evening - a dinner we didn't cook, a walk with B, a quick game of 500. All in bed by 9.30 ahead of an early start in the morning.
