Very, very proud

I've had another busy few days.
Late night working Thursday then foolishly went straight to the gym.
Working late Friday then slipped into a deep sleep.
Saturday I woke early to run- man it was hot.
Went to collect shopping n orders.
Went to a family BBQ. I have decided whilst I know I have differences I really really can't accept these and will never eat at one again. They are too much for me to handle the food.

Went to see my dear friend do a wonderful performance. It really was very good and I enjoyed the sense of togetherness and general niceness that people showed towards each other. A really sense of community.
