Persian Poppies Workshop

Working from a graph and using intarsia we worked with Brandon Mably, designer with Kaffe Fassett, to cross ate 'Persian Poppies ' . Again, at Aberdeen Art Gallery (has a lovely collection of Pre-Raphaelite paintings). Colour was the focus of the workshop and it was great to work with someone who spends a lot of his time thinking about it. It was challenging but great fun and I finally think I'm beginning to get to grips properly with the intarsia and I have great respect for those who do it well.
