Reddish sky at night...

I almost didn't go to crèche because I was just too tired. I suspect my missed dose of lithium last night might have not helped... But anyway, I did go. I mostly sat at the edge cuddling Lydia and reading to her so that was nice and didn't take up too much energy.

I was feeling quite low about the fact I knew I would have to walk to the doctors later and it would most likely be in the heavy rain.

I actually made myself a good lunch.

I was tired and wanted to go to sleep but had to go out with Rhoda to her appointment. It stung me a little as the building once again reminded me of Lucy.

We got back and I felt grim but decided to distract myself by playing a game with Rhoda. That mostly worked.

Then it was time for the doctor trip. I was a bit nervous as I had never seen this doctor before but she was actually fairly nice.

In the evening I had to prepare my bible study. My head felt full and I struggled to engage my brain. After some prayer from Bibs, things went a lot smoother. God is good.
