Leia, Age 1 (2014.189)

A slight misrepresentation here. This is late in the evening before Leia's first birthday. On the birthday, she was due to go to the grooomer to get a shorter haircut, which lacks the charm of the loose shaggy curls she has here.

Having Leia has been really good for the family. Having a puppy in the house has been hard work, and we still have some way to go on the obedience side of things, but she's made the children love dogs (where previously they feared them), and it's nice to have an animal padding about, who always wants cuddles.
