The big 4-0 twice!

Today we went shopping and for the obligatory Wagamamas (when in Brum) then ventured to an old work colleagues fortieth garden party for a few hours, and caught up with friends. Then off to fortieth party number two for a friend of the boys. I suppose I need to get used to these now with the boy and all his mates turning forty next year. Today was the start of the fortieth birthday party marathon - god help me!

The boy - No

Me - Shall we make Daisy's?

The boy - (long silence) April next year.
