Muscle power

Most of day has been spent at Foxton Locks which is another staircase made up of ten locks. We had to wait for a hour or so while a number of boats came up and then we set off down the locks. As each gate weighs a ton or so you get a great workout. We then moored at the bottom and after visiting the museum about the Foxton Inclined Plane we spent the evening in the pub having a great meal.
