The Merchant Adveturers' Hall

Another beautiful summer day in York, with a top temperature of 27 degrees this afternoon. Hubby and I went for a walk this morning before it got too hot around our old haunts including this one, the fantastic mediaeval hall of the Merchant Adventurers set in lovely gardens in the heart of the city. We've been here on a number of occasions but if anything the familiarity adds to our enjoyment of this old city.
