Phil Mickleson

Spent the day at Royal Aberdeen watching the Scottish Open. Decided to follow the current Open Champion ( Phil Mickleson ) for the day - after getting some putting tips from him on the practice putting green.
I doubt you'll find better behaved or informed spectators than at a Golf Tournament - and it must also be one of the few sports where you can get literally a club length away from the action .
Big Phil was majestic - seemed a really nice bloke as well - lots of banter with the gallery and some high fives to the youngsters. You don't get much of the at the World Cup.
Congratulations to Aberdeen Asset Management for attracting the tournament to Aberdeen.
