Drying off

Today we had the first performance of the year 6 play. It's amazing how the kids all suddenly brought it all together and deliver a fantastic performance. Classes are starting to have their displays dissembled making them look quite sad and bare.

On the way home I turned onto the rowing course cycle path and there was this beautiful cormorant drying his/her wing feathers. Quite a sight. I had to snap quick as there was people coming and I knew he wouldn't sit there whilst they passed.
