Alfie gets a new back.

It's taken a couple of years but today the tide has turned. Up to now we have been removing or repairing parts on Alfie, my Morris Minor pick-up but today we put something onto him!

We have started to weld a new cab back onto him that allows larger doors to be fitted. It will take a while yet but he's taking shape.

This photo was taken just before we started today. What you can't see is the many colours he is sporting at the moment. Maybe I should rename him Joseph until he's back on the road...
