A life of surprises

A fun afternoon at the town's Lifeboat Day.

I wasn't surprised when they wanted candy floss. And I wasn't surprised when they wanted a go on the ring-the-bell-to-test-your-strength machine. Nor was I surprised when Andy chose a plastic gun as his prize.

I was surprised when George chose the cuddly duck. I was even more surprised when Andy swapped his gun for said cuddly duck. Ah well, they seemed happy enough with the arrangement.

They were both surprised to see a feller pushing Morag into the harbour, though.
