Not for me!

These yellow daisies looked so bright and cheerful down at the garden centre this afternoon but I wasn't tempted. After the flush of spring yellows, I don't have yellow in my garden. Pinks, reds, mauves and blues keep me happy.
I was at the garden centre to buy a few alpines. I have an old butler sink which had alpines in a few years ago but it was overgrown and a real mess and now needs a makeover. I have cleared it out and planted four alpines in a mix of small gravel and compost and put the four large pebbles back. Already it looks good. I'll give it a few days to settle down before I blip it.
