Baby Spider

I had almost given up on getting a decent Blip for today when I spotted this very small Spider over my pond.So with my D3 and sigma 105 macro lens.I set up my small Nikon hotshoe flash and popped off 4 shots.This I think was the best of them?
By using a very fast shutter speed,the ambient light failed to register,hence giving me this black background. Note how the flash has caught the freshly laid webs and added just that hint of colour!
