Little and large

Yesterday I was a bit sneaky. Or to be more precise, I have been sneaky for around a week. My mate Dave asked me a while back if we might be interested in a bike for my beautiful girl and of course I said yes. One came up and it was the right price and in reasonable condition, so Dave went to look at it for me. HV knew about it at this stage, she even knew when it came home to Orkney and that Dave had a bit of work to do on it. She didn't know that when I went out for a trundle on my bike last week that I was going to look at the new bike. And that I arranged with Dave that it would be brought across this week.
HV's face when she opened the garage was fabulous. And she did scream in delight. The best reaction to what she has said is the best present ever.
I think that the garage looks a lot better now. It really is what garages are for - keeping Kawasakis in. And now we have two.
Junior (on the left), a ZRX12000R, is my pride and joy. A fantastic bike that does everything I want. We don't have a name for HV's bike yet, it is a ZZR400, considerably smaller than mine, but it fits her perfectly and she is delighted. I am looking forward to miles shared on our bikes.

Thanks Dave, I owe you a beer :)
