NEW ADDITION.....

.... spotted this Eastern SpinebillAcanthorhynchus tenuirostris (honeyeater) in the grevillea while having breakfast. Have not seen one in the yard before, so is a "new addition".

They sure move quickly, and the info in the link courtesy of Burke's Backyard tells us that is one of their main characteristics ..."energetic flight". Sure is, but caught him checking the next best lot of tucker. They are also quite small, around 16cm.

Going well with the renos on the suite, dressing table all sanded down and the finish on the door and drawers, so all going well will finish that tomorrow.
