It's very lovely to see yer mam so happy again - and amusing to sit in their company and listen to them "not fight", and "not slag" each other.

We had a very civilised night tonight, which involved tasting whisky and then drinking copious amounts of JD.

I met a chap i worked beside 25 years ago when i was only....19... so funny - we were in such a different place then, but he is still the same chap he was then.

Himself and I walked home two and a half miles along the beach - it was glorious - very still, very warm, and very quiet. It was luscious.
