A knight who says Ni!

After a Facebook plea for helpers by a friend I volunteered to steward at a Sneaky Experience showing of Monty Python and the Holy Grail this evening held outdoors at the beautiful Kirkstall Abbey ruins in Leeds.
What a gorgeous evening for it - there were minstrels, riders with no horses … but coconuts, a French Guard who sounded a bit like Borat, a 3 headed knight and of course a knight who says Ni! He demanded a sacrifice - he wanted a shrubbery - one that looked nice, but not too expensive - I suppose you've got to know the film!
All good fun - lots of lovely people - a hog roast butty, lots of laughs at the film and a gorgeous moon to boot :)
