Jenny's fruit meringue

Great relaxation after the conference and escaped from London, finally.

Picked up by a friend retired from OU and his daughter Jenny impressed me with this fruit pudding this time - such a great taste, not heavy, not too sweet - and it is her first time to make such a kind - oops, I'm the happy guinnie pig ;-)

Got to go to bed earlier to make up for my loss of sleep for the past few days - but more importantly for table tennis tomorrow with my old mates - hope not too lagged behind those chaps!
