Hay making

The sun was shining but rain is forecast so today the fields were very busy with tractors and all their machinery turning the hay and baling it. We came across these two near a main road between Barnstaple and Bideford. By the time we returned the bales were already wrapped in the black plastic like giant liquorice marshmallows.
