Afternoon out

First family day out to the allotment. Unfortunately the sleepy baby meant that the weeding training hasn't started yet.

Still, we got a few things done, including doing a bit of much-needed watering. My plan to make the plot look deliberately untidy by planting wildflowers has worked out well.

Delicious freshly-harvested broad beans for dinner. Such a faff, but worth it in the end.
