Lunch

I haven’t blipped any food for a while so as the Masterchef semi-finals are underway I thought I’d show you my lunch, no not after I’d eaten it!

Our friends Nicola and Stewart came round for lunch so as the weather was nice we decided to have it al fresco and laid it out on the garden room table for people to help themselves.

I baked a Broccoli Risotto Torte, garnished with tomato and fresh parsley (I hadn’t added that before taking the photo) and we served it with salmon rolled in soft French cheese, salad, sausages (veggie of course) and rustic bread. All washed down with a selection of wines and beers.

A good afternoon was had by all.
