It's all in the wrist action

Lunchtime rounders practice at work today. Big inter-NHS tournament next week. Trophies, meat pies, beer, fights, the lot. Well maybe not fights. Anyway a practice session was felt essential.

Good to get some fresh air. We won't talk about the ball that got stuck in the tree, the mop and the man with the ladder. Oops I just did.

Anyway. At last, a relatively free weekend beckons...
