"The California" Anglesey

Another beautifully warm and sunny day.

I took a different route to meet my friend M for lunch. I wanted to buy some local new potatoes which are sold on the roadside near us, then I followed the road through to California!

When we were youngsters this was a very popular pub, very olde worlde with walls covered in all sorts of brasses and copper tools and utensils, roaring log fires in the winter - it's where we did most of our courting!! It used to have a very good food, I havn't been there for a few years so can't comment.

We are experiencing very slow internet speed, this is partially why we switched provider - MrD has been on the phone and an engineer is due to come here on Tuesday afternoon!!
