It's arrived! 1 week to go!

My swim cap and chip has finally arrived ready for me to do my swim next week! I'm excited but quite nervous, I haven't been able to fit in any out door swimming and training hasn't been going great as I've been so busy. I'm pretty sure adrenaline will get me through on the day!
