Staffa

After driving half way around Mull (the bottom route) and getting over to Iona to hear a beautiful concert in the Abbey, we took a boat out to Staffa to see Fingall's cave and the puffins. The puffins were an unexpected treat, actually. Our guide said, "they may land for you." Well, they didn't just land. They landed, strutted about, had little tussles, went into dirt holes, kicked dirt out of them, looked concernedly at us (Wilson thought they looked sad), then took off again. We had a half hour show, up close and personal.
