An apple a day

Well I had one for lunch!

Amazing what a walk up the Braids does for a good night's sleep.

Then today meetings in the morning and then off West to get my Games pass and uniform. Not ideal sizes, no sorry trousers but for 36 hours it will be ok. It feels quite exciting to have the pass and the uniform. Even if I will never wear the hat.

Then to see cousin D. A very plant b evening with goats cheese and sea bass. Mmm!

And a beautiful July sky to end the day.
