sun, sea, sand

My legs really didn't want to go for a run tonight, but bright sunshine, 21 degrees, and gently lapping waves, meant that my brain was really up for the idea..

So I did, and I survived... and worked up an appetite, which was good cause I'm round at my mum and dad's having my tea now... Dave's headed down south so I'm taking the opportunity to revert to being a kid again for a few days :-)
