Today was beautiful.

Sunshine and (almost) warm.

It is a lovely thought that the weekend brings 2 days of not thinking about stuff.

Things like prelims, practical exams, class surveys, curriculum for excellence projects, literacy and numeracy deadlines, class surveys, S.4 action plans, S.1 database reports, recordings I still have to do for pupils, marking schemes, new prelim to write for S.5, references to write for ex-pupils,

.... and I REALLY WANT to kick start my Chartered Teacher work.

But I fully intend to have a long lie in tomorrow.

And watch the DVDs I got for Christmas.

And change the light bulb in the loo.

And do the washing.

That kind of stuff.
