Birthday

I like our kids on their birthdays. That sounds wrong. I should say I especially like our kids on their birthdays.

We all sit in our bed together toe to toe like Charlie Buckets family in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory opening presents before breakfast and school.

Today, Jack is 14.

The teachers are on strike! No school today!
