Washed Out

An epically disastrous school run this morning then we had a prospect in at 10 to talk about an education project so not the smoothest start of a day.

Not just an education project a Chinese education project. This presents some interesting challenges as the Chinese government have certain ideas on how they want the Internet to work. So if we but the site on a server outside China then most of China will probably never see it. If we put the site on a server in China then there is a perception that the Data might not be very safe. So where do we put it?

Anyway we discussed the project (initially some simple design and a basic site), the prospect left and I wrote a proposal. Al corrected my many typos and errors and we sent it over at noon.
At 2:15 they emailed us asking us to start! I like days like this!

Then an existing client called to discuss a new film they want us to make (did I mention we make films?). It won't be a blockbuster by any stretch but this is an interesting project if we get it.

As we have a proper gig coming up in a couple of months I have thrown together a basic page in facebook, all likes appreciated.
