A little local walk past the farm...

...for coffee and cake, then round the res!
This is outside the Old Pump House - converted fairly recently as a dwelling, and with a new owner ( we think ) who has a beautiful display of wild flowers at the gate ( which is about three quarters of a mile up a rough track - definitely detached... )!
