The Green Pond

Where do you get your inspiration?

Nothing excites me more than to see, hear or taste something that inspires me. Through the different seasons of life I crave that creation sensation.

Tonight, on the drive to meet up with a friend, I passed this green covered pond. Now I know to some this is just a disgusting site, but there was something interesting about the shades of color, something that got my creative juices going, something that inspired me.

I never question or analyze the source, I'm just thankful for the resulting moment. Here's to tomorrow's green pond, may it sneak up and surprise me at the most opportune hour.
