What happens when a frog has an accident? It is toad!

I thought he was a homeless street person at first because of his appearance and all the stuff he had in his shopping cart; he assured me that he was well known as that guy who sold all the fancy lighting trivia at local festivals and the cart had his inventory in it. Then he asked me if I had enough money ... and when I hesitated he proceeded to outline an investment opportunity for me. As we parted ways, he said hey I have a riddle about a frog.
