Old Rope

As in money for. But i wouldn't take money for it.

I did some overtime in another department this morning and it really was money for old rope. Sit and work through a spreadsheet, tick as you check as you go.

The above mat however has my respect. It is a 25m long 1cm diameter dynamic climbing rope. It has been up Nevis, Garbh Ben, The Inaccessible Pinnacle and many other classic and less classic routes. Keeping people safe.

When it could no longer be used I couldn't bear to throw it out. So I turned it into a bath mat.

Reduce, Recycle, Reuse.
