Sheffield

A return to work, of sorts, today - I had to go to Sheffield with a few of my colleagues for a site visit ahead of our conference there in September. It was a beautiful sunny day, and good to get a good look around the venue. It's not the first time I've done a visit in a day like this (last year was Newcastle). but it struck me as rather funny that I could wake up in London, pop up to Yorkshire for the day, then finish the day off in London again. Good old trains!

Got home a little after 7pm to find Tim cooking our dinner. Sat in our lovely dining room again, admiring all the newness!
