Be Prepared

In the words of Robert Baden-Powell "Be Prepared"...

I often give people that advice.... My camera usually sits on the passenger seat beside me.. It is set at F2.8 with auto iso (up to 52,000)... In case I come across a shot unexpectedly... It may not be great but you may get to improve on it...

Obviously didn't listen to my own advice tonight... Saw a murmuring of starlings on a wire beside an abandoned house whose roof was carpeted in starlings.. Camera was set for the seascapes I was taking.....

But I quite like the result....just saying
