Liquid nitrogen

My PhD involved some real lab work with some real pestle and mortars and real liquid nitrogen* today. Aiming to reduce some orchids to powder. More difficult than it first appeared.


*Unless you are the health and safety committee. In which case it was definitely not liquid nitrogen.
