Stockholm sculpture

I came across this little sculpture on my way to my accommodation this evening; I had taken a different route just to see the sights and these little gents were at the bottom of a steep flight of steps. They were only around two feet tall, not including the plinth, and there was no title, artist's name or anything to say why they were there.
