Reflection

I'm on a three day chaplaincy course (even though I'm not a chaplain) at Liverpool Hope University. What an amazing place. Great course with lots of time for personal reflection.
I found this great window in a corner of their beautiful chapel to do a 30 minute lunchtime meditation.
